Tucson City Golf Offers ‘Wild Cards’ to Play More Golf

Save more and play with the Camo Card, Mega Pass and Tucson City Card

Everybody loves a good deal. Golfers are no exception. Tucson City Golf offers three programs that give golfers a reason to play more golf while saving more money, not to mention the host of additional perks.

Camo Card: A Salute to Davis-Monthan Active Duty Military Members

This new program offers many of the benefits of the popular Tucson City Card with a few valuable differences. First of all, the card is complimentary, which amounts to an $80 savings right off the bat. Camo Cardholders also receive $2 draft beers, 50 percent off appetizers and a complimentary Camo Card tournament in September.

This special offer is only available to active military members who present valid military ID when picking up the card (restriction may apply).

“It’s a small gesture to say thank you for all they do for us,” said Robb Palmgren, general manager of Randolph Golf Complex. “One card gives them, and their three accompanying guests each day, unlimited rounds at reduced City Card rates at all five Tucson City Golf Courses.”

The program expires at the end of 2018, but the good news is, that’s when the 2019 Tucson City Card hits the streets.

Tucson City Card:  Southern Arizona’s Ultimate Frequent Player Value

A staple in the local Tucson golf scene, for only $65 during the early-bird sale (up to 11/30/18, $80 after), cardholders receive a slew of benefits, not the least of which are unlimited rounds at green fees roughly half off regular “rack” rates for the whole foursome at all Tucson City Golf Courses.

Cardholders receive a complimentary round of golf on the day of purchase, along with a golf cap, 20 percent discount on golf apparel, 15 percent discount on golf clubs and accessory items and four complimentary City Card tournaments held throughout the season.

Reservations may be made seven days in advance and every merchandise purchase made as a cardholder earns dollar-for-dollar bonus points, which may be redeemed for, well, more golf!

Those on the move will enjoy the program’s travel benefits:  reduced rates at other participating OB Sports-managed facilities such as nearby Arizona National and Vistoso along with others in Arizona, Las Vegas, Orange County, California and more.

Mega Pass:  Up-Front Fee, Unlimited Golf

On sale since May 1, the Mega Pass offers a flexible grid of prices and access days for golfers to customize to their schedules. The 8-Month Mega Pass is valid May through December with a Weekday version (Monday – Friday) for $949 and an Everyday version valid for play Monday through Sunday and holidays for $1,249. With it, Mega Passholders receive unlimited golf at all five city courses, including golf car, 20 percent discount on golf apparel, 15 percent discount on golf clubs and accessories and seven-day advanced reservations.

Likewise, all these benefits are paralleled in the Annual Mega Pass, which is valid for one year from the purchase date. It also comes in Weekday and Everyday flavors at $2,499 and $3,249, respectively.

Affordable Golf is Here; Where Are You?

One of knocks on the game of golf is the expense. While that may have been true, those days are over, especially at Tucson City Golf’s fiver courses: Randolph North, Dell Urich, El Rio, Silverbell and Fred Enke. Golfers can now have it both ways by playing more and saving more with any one of these three popular money-saving programs. Get yours today!
